Rules of Civility in Connecticut

October 1, 1957, was the first day that In God We Trust appeared on U.S. currency. Now, 48 years later, it will be the date that civil unions were legal in Connecticut.

Beyond the basics, it covers where clergy can be forced to participate (no) to whether the registration ceremony can even include religious ritual (no).
